A common roadmap for non-technical founders is:
Try build it themselves
Try find a technical co-founder
Try do it themselves again
Hire an offshore dev shop
Do it themselves because offshore burned them
If you somehow got out early and pulled off #2 you might be dreaming. But what if you were in such a negatively leveraged position that you gave away half of the company—and they turn out to be a megalomaniac?. Or they turn out not to be as skilled as they claimed. That’s not a good person to be in business with.

Invaluable advice . Take heed anyone looking to build a website and doesn’t know where to start ?
