Times Are Changing
Since the industrial age we’ve become normalized to a 40 hour week, with a beginning, middle and end. Over time, that eats up 1/3 of peoples lives. Many just accept it and move on.
As the idea of financial freedom becomes more mainstream and opportunities to accomplish it’s about time the corporate environment started to shift too.
How about instead of the expectation of clocking in for an 8 hour day, everyone had a quick discussion with their manager on the three most impactful things they felt they could accomplish?
Once they’re done they’re free to clock off but be available for any emergencies via mobile.
The incentives shift and everyone is working together then.
The only thing stopping us is the status quo.
Which we created anyway.

Fantastic idea whose time has come!
