Rapid Fire Founder Filtering
Intuition Leads The Way
A common advice for testing a cofounder is to pick a short project and work on it together for a month—a great idea. Everyone should do this before fully committing. But what if you have six months to build something before returning to a job? You could easily run through six potential founders in that time and not align with anyone. Here are some ways you can quickly rule someone out:
How do you feel around them? If it's bad, call it.
How do they respond when you disagree? If it’s not flexible, call it.
Are they willing to collaborate towards a shared vision? If not, you guessed it. Call it.
It’s just like real dating.
With higher stakes.

Great analogy 👍
