Technical founders think they’re gods gift to the universe. They/me are likely to way over-engineer a solution, cause massive technical debt and back you into a corner only they can escape. The worst part is they may even be upfront about this. But there’s nothing you can do about it. Because you don’t have anyone else to turn to. What can you do? Best option is to find someone who doesn’t shave the yak, most of the time.
